The space can accommodate up to 120 guests for dinner, 114 in theatre style, or 150 for a drinks reception.
The chefs at The Heights have been awarded two AA Rosettes for their imaginative and mouthwatering menu – a fact that they put down to their own ‘steely dedication’ to make real that rarest of things: a fine-dining restaurant in a hotel.
And thanks to an enormous expanse of glass allowing unencumbered views of Edinburgh's famous skyline, The Heights provides the perfect chance for delegates to enjoy a memorable dining experience in truly unique surroundings.
With its handy city-centre location, on-site parking, excellent transport links and an intimate feel, the Apex International Hotel has six meeting rooms in its events and conference centre – one large suite and five smaller meeting rooms. The Apex Suite has a capacity of 250, and the other five rooms, which can accommodate any number between two and 70, are perfect for large training sessions, board meetings and any other corporate event.
