Venuemasters’ new recruits |

Venuemasters, the consortium representing over 90 academic venues throughout the UK, has recently appointed two new members of staff to the head office team. Natalie Hudson (pictured) has been appointed as the new marketing services executive, and in an office restructure, a new role has been created for an administration assistant, which Dawn Leitch will take up in early September.
Natalie has previously worked in a marketing/customer services role for a large pharmaceutical wholesaler and will be responsible for the implementation of activities and systems to meet the needs of the member academic venues. Dawn will assist in maintaining and developing the company’s administrative systems, including finance, management information and event co-ordination.
Venuemasters’ chief executive, Terry Billingham, said: ‘It’s great to have two new members of staff on board. They are really enthusiastic about their roles, and the new structure will help to develop the service that we currently provide to both member venues and clients.’
The new company structure follows on from the re-design of the Venuemasters website, launched on 1st August 2006. This has also helped to enhance the service provided by simplifying the enquiry process, brand building, introducing new features and bringing the whole site up to date.
