 On Friday April 27th 2007, Dolce International will hold the official grand opening of its newest and largest resort in Europe to date, Dolce La Hulpe. The property, which opened its doors to guests on February 1st 2007, boasts 264 luxury guest rooms and suites and 4400m² of meeting space, incorporating four auditoriums (seating 50 to 484), 22 meeting rooms, 13 multi-purpose breakout rooms and a large 750m room for events and exhibitions.
The hotel is the first resort in Belgium to feature voice over IP software. With free high-speed WiFi throughout the property, dedicated conference planners, an in-house AV/IT team, fully air-conditioned meeting rooms which feature ergonomic seating and floor-to-ceiling windows, and teambuilding programmes available, everything is geared towards the meeting and conference environment.
Delegates looking to relax during their stay can take advantage of the hotel’s restaurant which caters for up to 320 guests, an additional a la carte restaurant, private dining and banqueting rooms and two bars. The hotel also prides itself on its Dolce Vital Spa with indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, treatment rooms and fitness centre. Also for relaxation, Dolce La Hulpe has two tennis courts, a beach volleyball field and fully laid-out jogging and mountain bike trails.
Located in the heart of the Soignes forest, the resort is just nine miles from Brussels city centre and the international airport Brussels Zaventem. Guests can reach the Midi Train station, where Eurostar and Thalys connects Brussels to Paris, Amsterdam, Cologne and London, in just 25 minutes.
